FLAVE PRINT RETURN POLICY
Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Products
All custom printed, embroidered, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. This includes (but is not limited to):

Custom apparel
-
Business cards
-
Stickers & labels
-
Banners & signage
-
Promotional products
-
Any item made to your specifications
Errors & Defects
If there is an issue with your order due to our error, we’ve got you covered.
This includes:

Printing defects
-
Production errors
-
Incorrect item printed compared to the approved proof or order details
What we’ll do:

Reprint the item at no additional cost or
-
Offer a store credit (at our discretion)
Important: You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Artwork & Proof Approval
Once artwork has been approved by the customer, Flave Print is not responsible for errors including (but not limited to):
-
Spelling or grammar mistakes
-
Incorrect phone numbers, addresses, or dates
-
Colour variations (screen vs print differences)
-
Layout or sizing approved in the proof
Please review proofs carefully before approval.
Colour Accuracy
We do our best to ensure colour accuracy; however, colours may vary slightly between screens and printed materials due to monitor settings, materials, and print processes. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for a return.
Blank (Non-Custom) Items
Blank, non-custom items may be eligible for return only if:

They are unused and unwashed
-
They are in original condition
-
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Issues
Flave Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility. If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist with a claim.
