FLAVE PRINT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flave Print website and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Flave Print provides custom printing, embroidery, apparel decoration, large-format printing, and promotional product services. All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

​

Orders & Production

​

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Production begins once artwork is received and approved (if a proof is requested).

  • Changes to an order after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

​

Artwork & File Submissions

  • Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork unless design services are purchased.

  • Flave Print is not responsible for print issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect file setup, or errors in customer-supplied artwork.

  • Files submitted may be resized or adjusted slightly to meet production requirements unless otherwise specified.

Proofs & Approval

  • Proofs are provided upon request or when required for clarification.

  • Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the artwork, including spelling, layout, sizing, and colours.

  • Flave Print is not liable for errors approved in a proof.

Turnaround Times

  • Turnaround times are estimates and begin after artwork approval and payment are received.

  • Delays caused by late approvals, file issues, supply shortages, or shipping carriers are not the responsibility of Flave Print.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full before production begins.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Additional charges may apply for rush orders, revisions, or changes requested after approval.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. Custom-made products are final sale unless there is a production error caused by Flave Print.

Colour Variations

Colour representation on screens may vary from printed materials. Slight colour variations are normal in printing and do not constitute a defect.

​

Shipping & Pickup

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Flave Print is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility.

  • Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup or shipment.

​

Intellectual Property

  • Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, and content provided.

  • Flave Print is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-supplied materials.

  • By submitting artwork, the customer agrees to indemnify Flave Print against any claims arising from its use.

Limitation of Liability

Flave Print’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

Changes to These Terms

Flave Print reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect once posted on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
